Zazie was born to a cabinet maker in Berlin in Germany, around 1991. ZZIE Olivia Beetz was born in Berlin January 1 in 1991. Jennifer Aniston is also a student at the same high school. Beetz went on to study French in Skidmore College after graduating LaGuardia. After college she immediately auditioned and won the role of Van in Atlanta. Beetz is a native of Berlin with a German father, and an African American Mother. They both grew up in New York. Zazie has been performing at local theaters since she was a child. The actress discovered her passion and started acting at the age of elementary school. Zendaya achieved the Disney Channel breakout role thanks her amazing dance skills. The actress and dancer finally got her break-out role in 2010when she starred as Rocky Blue alongside Bella Thorne in the TV show 'Shake It Up. Zendaya went vegetarian at the age of 11 after she walked past a slaughterhouse while on the road with her dad. She tells PEOPLE, "I thought it was horrible to see all the animals getting packed up inside the slaughterhouse, ready to be slaughtered. The fact that this was how I received my meat shocked me. Since then, she's stayed with a vegetarian diet.
